(Effective from 1st January 2026 until 31st December 2026)

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the OneFamily Over 50s Paid Incentive (eGift Card). Participants should keep a copy of these terms and conditions.

Offer
Get an eGift Card worth £100 to use at John Lewis & Waitrose when you take out a OneFamily Over 50s Life Cover policy via the Paid Incentive.

OneFamily reserve the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the eGift Card at any time, without notice.

Promoter
The promoter of the Paid Incentive is OneFamily. OneFamily is a trading name of Family Assurance Friendly Society Limited (incorporated under the Friendly Societies Act 1992, Reg. No. 939F), Family Investment Management Limited (Co. No. 1915516) and Family Equity Plan Limited (Co. No. 2208249). Registered in England & Wales at 16-17 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RL, United Kingdom.

Eligibility

• Participants will be eligible for the Paid Incentive if they take out Over 50s Life Cover over the phone between 1st January 2026 and 31st December 2026.
• The eGift Card is only available to participants taking out an Over 50s Life Cover policy. Only one entry will be counted per participant. If more than one Over 50s Life Cover policy is taken out by a participant, only the first one will be eligible for the eGift Card.
• The Paid Incentive of the eGift Card is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 50 years or over.
• Employees of OneFamily are not eligible to participate.

When you receive the eGift Card

• The eGift Card will only be provided after the 3rd monthly Direct Debit payment on the new policy has been made and processed by OneFamily.
• Customers who cancel their policy before making their 3rd Direct Debit payment will not be eligible to receive an eGift Card.

How to activate the offer

• The eGift Card offer is activated by entering the promo code provided on the webpage.
• The eGift Card will not be activated without the use of this code when applying for the Over 50s Life Cover.

Incentive details

• The Incentive is as stated, a £100 gift card for John Lewis & Waitrose and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The Incentive is not transferable and is subject to availability.
• OneFamily reserve the right to substitute any part of the Incentive with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Please check the expiry date, redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your eGift Card when you receive it.

Liability
OneFamily cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss, suffered by any participant of this offer, or as a result of accepting the eGift Card. Nothing shall exclude OneFamily’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

Governing law
In the event of any legal dispute in relation to the Paid Incentive, English law will apply, and the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
